Very impressed with your company and customer service. Placed our order - a couple of days later I was contacted by phone to confirm my order and to thank us for our custom. We were advised that our lampshade would arrive within a couple of days, which it duly did.
Safely packaged to avoid any damage and easy to fit. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly. Nice to know that someone somewhere still cares about Customer Service! Well done Universal Lighting.
