“I have asked to the shop owner to increase the name of the street printing font size slightly since it looks just 1/3 of the number’s font hight? As a result of this little additional task I was asked £30 (which cost more than actual cost of the whole sign). Not very helpful at all. Plus you will be charged £3.99 for a few drops of the slate oil. Overall, not happy at all! One should have treated their customers in a better manner for the price charged! But once you ordered and paid for you are down the service providers merci which is not there!”

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry that you feel that design fee was not an option for your requirements, however as the signs are provided by layout rather than text size, so it is unfortunately not possible for us to amend the templates, the only way to do this is via a designer which entails a design fee for creating new artwork and templates for your design, I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. We offer an applied oiling service for £3 as an optional extra upon purchase. Thank you for your custom!
