“This is was bought as a gift for our daughter, really pleased with the purchase, item arrived really well packaged, it took a while as it was ordered Easter Sunday, but well worth the wait. Website was easy to navigate, in all really pleased with purchase. Top quality, wouldn't hesitate to order again!”

“The quality of the sign is very good but I was dissatisfied with the size of font used on the street name ,a large number 10 and very small street name means it can't be read from any sort of distance,probably my own fault in how I ordered it on the web site but it wasn't apparent how small it would be.”

Dear Gerry, Thank you so much for your feedback regarding UK Sign Shop! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on our products and services. I have looked into this for you and can see that your sign details were placed on one line which means due to the amount of characters the size is scaled down. However, if the line of text had been split over two lines as we show on our website example, the text would have been larger :) We offer a live preview online which shows the exact layout of your chosen text so that the artwork can be viewed prior to production. If you wish to arrange a replacement sign with the amended layout so the text appears larger do let our customer care team know and they will be more than happy to help and advise on this. “The sign itself is lovely but delivery was VERY slow and not as per advertised. Communications were non existent (my requests for updates were ignored) so I wouldn’t use again.”

I'm sorry that you found the delivery company very slow, as it appears your order was dispatched on the 5th April and signed for on the 7th - this would have been via carrier and courier.
