“Received our new sign today. Looks great. Not fitted yet. Arrived 5 days later than expected but understandable due to ordering @ Christmas. Quite pricey.”

“I was very pleased with this plaque. The address was bold & stood out on the black background. I had the oil put on it & personally I think it looks fantastic. The picture was excellent. The slate looks & feels of a good quality. They packaged it very well”

“The sign is great but the fitting instructions were completely wrong. Drilled where the holes said to drill and the sign doesn’t fit on them. I have had to re drill in the correct place meaning I now have a hole in my wall next to the sign. Have emailed about this but had no response.”

After you contacted us, a replacement was offered; however, as the sign had already been re-drilled and installed, we discussed an alternative resolution. A 50% refund was then offered to cover the cost of remedial work, which was accepted and has since been processed. “Ceramic house sign looks great using a photo from their library but wanted to use my own clipart which the website said was possible- unfortunately after a live chat with a robot ( which told me how to download my image - untrue - I phoned and was told it wasn’t possible to personalise a sign . “ Chatbott doesn’t know everything “ was the response!! Then please change your website and sack the robot !!! Otherwise happy 😃”
