“The house number with street name sign for above our new garage door was exactly what I'd hoped for. Excellent quality and lovely design. Had lots of compliments from the neighbours. I got the Meridian design with the satin metal stand offs.”

“Very poor. Would not recommend this company, the spacing on our sign was poor, somebody should have reviewed the order. They also never sent the light out that we ordered. Still waiting.”

“I didn't order blind , I knew slate has impurities etc . But the sign I was sent has a huge vein running from top to bottom approx 3ml wide . They are hiding behind the oh its natural etc . Oh the screws they send aren't fit for purpose, they weren't long enough for the thickness. Anyhow I wouldn't recommend. If you want a slate sight, go local so you can approve the slate first”

We show examples of these characteristics on our website and explain that each piece is unique. We have quality tolerances in place, and this particular vein did not affect the engraved wording, installation or durability, so the slate was considered suitable for use. We’re also sorry to hear you had concerns with the fixings. This was not raised with us directly, so we weren’t aware of an issue. We provide standard fixings for this sign, and if the incorrect fixings had been supplied, we would have been happy to investigate had we been contacted about this issue.
