“I purchased a Nora solar light to illuminate my house number at night. The house does not face South and without direct strong sunlight the unit does not work at all - not even a faltering glimmer so a complete waste of money. Service from UK Sign Shop was fine but the product was not.”

Hi Monika, We are sorry to hear that you have not had a satisfying experience with the Nova Solar light. As the light is charged using the daylight/sunlight, we would advise to ensure that it is in direct sunlight for 24 hours to provide it with the optimum initial charge needed.
