“Poor communication about how the construction of the vinyl would be made making it almost impossible to apply and it became an expensive mess. Customer service afterward fell short and essentially told me I was to blame.”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the vinyl application and the communication issues you faced. From looking into this, the product was as per the mock-up provided to you. It appears that it was an installation error I'm afraid. It is always worth hiring a professional to install if it is not something that you are knowledgeable in. Our customer service team did advise that if you wish to have a new sign designed differently then communications with our commercial team would be needed. “I loved that I could create our own, individualised ceramic house plate, with the house name and a picture. The picture choice is vast. The delivery was quite fast. I am very happy with the quality of the sign and can definitely recommend this company overall”
