“Quick delivery, well packaged. The house sign itself arrived as expected -- a bit darker slate than the on-line catalogue suggested. The mounting kit supplied was almost certainly the wrong size and allowed the house sign to slop around the two mounting screws which were far too thin for the mounting holes in the sign. This mis-match also allowed the sign to tilt forwards towards the ground. I rectified the problem by drilling larger holes into the brick wall and lining them with my own rawlplugs, using much larger diameter mounting screws and lining the holes in the sign with shortened spare rawlplugs from my toolbox. Now the sign is solidly fixed and vertical.”
