“This is the second sign we’ve ordered from UK Sign Shop and unfortunately it would probably be our last. Despite delivery and service being fantastic, the quality on this occasion really let them down. We paid £30 for a flimsy sign made of acrylic and feel it was not worth this price. I was hoping going for a more expensive looking design would provide the look I was aiming for, instead it appears cheap and a bit naff.”

“Poor communication about how the construction of the vinyl would be made making it almost impossible to apply and it became an expensive mess. Customer service afterward fell short and essentially told me I was to blame.”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the vinyl application and the communication issues you faced. From looking into this, the product was as per the mock-up provided to you. It appears that it was an installation error I'm afraid. It is always worth hiring a professional to install if it is not something that you are knowledgeable in. Our customer service team did advise that if you wish to have a new sign designed differently then communications with our commercial team would be needed.
