“Purchased a slate door sign as a gift for my mother. Ordering this type of thing on line can feel a bit of a risk. This company isn’t the cheapest but the quality of the product was worth the extra. If I need a new sign I would definitely consider them”

“alas the green with blue writing , despite looking bright and contrasty on the advert, did not have enough contrast to be fit for purpose when i asked customer services for help they did not care less, i think your support should be better and i will not shop with you again”

Hello Richard, Thank you for your review. As discussed in our email correspondence, the sign was produced exactly as ordered, using green acrylic with blue text. Unfortunately, combining two darker colours can result in reduced contrast and visibility, which is why the finished sign may not appear as vibrant as expected. While we understand your disappointment, the sign was supplied correctly to the approved specification. As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer a discounted replacement using an alternative colour combination, however this option was declined at the time.
