“Great service! After being sent the incorrect fixings with my sign, the company kindly sent the correct ones very quickly. The sign is good quality and very good value for money. I was so pleased with my business signs that I ordered some house number signs too!”

“Sign does the job, plain but clear and reflective at night. It's not very thick but once in place that doesn't matter. Happy with purchase.”

“Website easy to use. Sign took longer to arrive than I expected. No instructions about fixing to wall included, tells you to use the QR code to take you to website. But that doesn't tell you anything about specific instructions.”

Hi Christine, Thank you for your honest 3-star review! We're pleased to hear you found our website easy to use. We apologise for the delay in the delivery. Regarding instructions, these are provided on our website. You need to choose from the list, the fixings that were provided with your sign and it shows you how to install the product using those fixings. We understand how important it is to have everything you need for a smooth installation, and we appreciate your feedback. We're continually working to improve our customer experience, so your insights will definitely help us in that process. Warm regards, Team UK Sign Shop
