“Even the greatest companies can have off days and how they respond to issues is a true assessment of their quality. I had a slight issue with my order and the speed of response to rectify the problem was better than I could've imagined. UK Sign Shop set a customer service example for everyone else to follow.”

“Ordered 23.3.23 expecting delivery to be within a couple of days (generic numbers, hardly as if these are made from scratch). 3rd April they have still not arrived. Website merely states congratulations your order is on its way (1 week ago)! Company requested review before even delivering items - poor!! at least check your customers have received the items first If items do not arrive in next 48 hours, will cancel and expect a FULL refund including original shipping Very disappointed in service (or lack of) from this company and would not use again 15.4.23 - asked to add a photo??? of what??? the item was never delivered!!”

Hi We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service received. From looking into your order it was dispatched within 1 working day and deliveries can take 3-5 working days as standard. We are advised to allow up to 7 working days before we can raise an issue with the courier, which we advised to you, however the tracking was updated as a lost parcel and a replacement or refund was offered to you. “We were pleased to receive our new gate sign. The jiffy bag it came in was clearly marked do not bend but seemed to have been through some altercation. Fortunately the sign wasn't bent like the packaging. The lettering is neatly done and the fixing kit worked fine.”
