“When I received the new door number I thought it looked very cheap and plastic for what we paid we did expect better quality. We have put it up and doesn't look too bad from a distance.”

“Sorry but disappointed with sign, Received and it was damaged on the right corner. Told to email and we sent photos of the damage. Received automatic email response saying it would looked into and could take up to 48 hours until we here whether we can get a new replacement or a refund. Still waiting to hear back. So not happy even though we spoke to customer care on the actual day we received the sign and they couldn’t resolve problem there and then on the phone.”

“Poor quality product. I understand a description of a product may be deemed factually accurate, however the overall quality of the delivered item was poor and frankly not worth the money. I highlighted this to the relations team at UK Sign Shop and was basically told that it was as described and to get on with life: "I can see that you have requested a single panel sign and screw caps. As you have opted away from the clear front panel and stand-off fixings, your order is for a single panel 3mm panel with print as advertised. Due to the personalised nature of the product, as it is neither damaged nor faulty I would not be able to accept it as a return I'm afraid. If you feel that the product is damaged, please do provide an image of the sign (full front-facing ) and we will be more than happy to investigate this further for you. Have a nice day. Kind regards Nicola"”

Thank you for your review, Andy. We're sorry to feel our products are overpriced as they are quite affordable when comparing to the house sign market. All of our sign prices are displayed clearly so anyone can make their decision of how much they wish to pay for something before proceeding. :)

“Unfortunately I cannot leave a good review as I never received my parcel. It was posted but never arrived. I was given a full refund yesterday, no questions asked, but I would rather have had my sign as I now have to try and find a present in 2 days for a very difficult to buy for friend, in the Christmas rush.”

“Very dissapointed , the holes have been drilled too close to the letters so when you put the screws in it covers part of the letter. Also the lettering isn't horizontal to the sign it is slightly askew. It is for a present so looks substanded.”

“Sign did not have the same quality as appears on the website. The text was chalky and blurry. They agreed to refund the full amount but I had to pay for the return postage. So the "full 7-day money back guarantee" has its caveats. You are better off going with another sign shop.”

“Unfortunately I didn’t receive my order. So can’t comment on the quality. I was told it had been dispatched but it didn’t arrive. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering as it seems quite a few people had the same problem. The company did refund my money, so will order elsewhere now.”

I am ever so sorry that you feel this way. Our signs are clearly marked as either Acrylic or Slate signs and we have detailed information with each sign so as not to mislead our customers.

“Overall poor, waited a long time for something that wasn't square and had so chips from poor craftsmanship. The holes to screw the board to the wall were also off which made difficult to level. Wouldn't recommend.”
