“Easy enough to order online. First order was not produced well with not enough care to detail. Was offered compensation or reorder. So I reordered and it was made very well. The after sales service was great. Would have given 5 star but as the slate signs take a while to make, I wasted a lot of time having to go through the wait period twice. But all was rectified with great after sales service. Its rare to find a company these days that makes a good product and follows up with good service after.”

Hi Brian, We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the product received. From looking into this it appears that were not happy with the product because it was only a one paneled sign. This is because the option to choose the additional clear acrylic panel to turn this into a two paneled sign was not chosen. I can see that a resolution was provided to you by our customer care team.
