“Finished product very good, however the 'system' for minor adjustments too sensitive..as 10mins late in requesting a slight amendment missed the 'deadline' and cost me £50 more..!!”

Hi Michael Thank you for leaving a four star review. We are sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with the system for adjustments. We do advise on the website and at checkout that no amendments can be made once an order has been placed. This is because of the way in which artwork is generated. However on this occasion our team did advise that if you were able to confirm the change by mid day they might be able to arrange this for you. Unfortunately although it was only 10 mins after mid day the system doesn't allow changes at that point so they were unable to accommodate the change. Sorry that this caused disappointment. It is such a small window which is why we advertise that we can not make changes. I can see that you purchased a further sign to accommodate the additional text. We hope that you are happy with your purchases Many thanks UK SIGN SHOP

“I purchased two of the larger Slate signs ,had the lettering Etched into the Slate and Hand Painted together with the oil treatment .. They arrived undamaged protected with lots of bubble wrap and with the correct fittings . Very pleased with my purchase .”

“We are very pleased with the 2 House Name plates we received from Uk Sign shop. The ordering process was easy and emails kept us informed from receipt of order to delivery. The price was good too. Would certainly use them again if we needed any further signs.”
