“I chose the Oaklands Natural Slate (oiled finish) with gold lettering. I’m so please with it. I wasn’t sure at first whether to go with the gold lettering, as I thought it could be too bright but I had no need to worry, it’s very subtle and looks fantastic. I would have no problem recommending UK sign shop. The design and ordering process was simple, and delivery was on time.”

“Great sign but terrible delivery times and customer service. My sign arrived without fittings so I emailed them to say so and obvs ask for some to be sent out to me. Only to then be told to check to see if they were attached on the back of the sign!! They may as well have simply asked if I am an idiot. Of course I looked hence emailing them. So they sent me some. Sorted? Nope. Wrong ones arrived. I emailed again only to be told to photograph the back of the sign so they could see it??!!! It’s their flaming sign! Surely they know the fittings they put on each type of plate!! So I sent them a pic. Then got a reply to say it looks like I was sent the wrong fittings?!! Of course I did that’s why I emailed you back!! Surely you knew what you’d sent me and that they were the wrong type for the model of plate. I then rec’d the correct ones. So 2 weeks later I was able to put the sign up. Absolutely hopeless!! You should be ashamed!”

“Printing was not done squarely on the slate and when I complained I was brushed off twice. I was left with a wonky sign which was quite expensive but not really usable. I have since put the sign up on my property reluctantly, but every time I see it, it reminds of this poor customer service from this company.”

From looking at the correspondence, I can see that the issue was a slight misalignment of 2-3mm which we do advise on our website, due to the naturally chipped edge.
