“Disgraceful customer service and communication. I sent 3 emails informing that I had bought a sign and a solar light and the light was less than 3 months old and was faulty. No one replied to me initially, so I ordered a new light myself. Rather than replying to my 3 email of complaint, I received a reply stating my light was now dispatched and should be delivered soon. No offer to refund me or send the light free of charge. Absolute disgrace and I shall never use this company again. Embarassing.”

“Easy website to use with plenty of choice. The sign was delievered before the due date and had emails throughout to keep me informed of the progress. Sign looks very nice and have had many compliments about it. Will definitely use again.”
