“The ordering of the sign was easy and straight forward, and there is A LOT to choose from which is great. The communication from UK Sign Shop is great, with emails confirming the order, an update when the sign is being manufactured and a further communication when the sign had been shipped for delivery. Overall, the service and ultimate product from UK Sign Shop was first class!”

“The sign arrived quickly, the communication was good and looks pretty good. A few grumbles: - resin type residues in various areas, not noticeable from a distance, but not great. - text margins could do with being increased IMO. The screw holes are very close to the print, which looks a bit jumbled. - supplied black roundhead screws seem to large a guage for the plugs/drill bit advice. This made screwing it in very tight. The screw heads mark easily, so the black finish comes away. Screwcaps would be better. Not massively noticeable from a normal viewing distance but a few simple improvements could help the overall service/product.”

“Just about acceptable but poor quality. Smudged letter, holes not drilled through and chipped holes poorly repaired. I appriciate it’s a natural product and hard to work with but still not great. Just about good enough to not send back.”

“Sign ok quality expected better if honest. Paid £9.99 extra for express delivery. Arrived day late and left out In rain on back door step by courier because we were away for the week end and not expecting it arriving. We Ended up asking a good neighbour to take it in till we got back. All in all sign ok but delivery let the company down. I wouldn’t order from them again”
