“Absolutely delighted with our purchase. Sign looks great. Finish is top notch, as is the quality. Price was also good for a bespoke product. Delivery was also quick and package was well protected. Would be happy to buy from this shop again.”

Hi Brian, We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the product received. From looking into this it appears that were not happy with the product because it was only a one paneled sign. This is because the option to choose the additional clear acrylic panel to turn this into a two paneled sign was not chosen. I can see that a resolution was provided to you by our customer care team. “This sign was a present for my Son, who has bought a holiday home, so for a surprise I decided to have a sign made, the lady I had an e-mail from was very helpful and when the sign arrived we were so pleased with it, and it now has pride place on his holiday home, he was pleased we decided to have it weathered proof as well. I would recommend UK Sign Shop to anyone who wants a quality sign”
