“Slight leadtime stock issue that almost required me to shop elsewhere for the specific radiator size I wanted... otherwise quick effective delivery. Pricing seemed fair against all the other sites. Returns worked well on set of incorrect valves, I ordered the wrong one. That worked well also.”

“I searched everywhere for a direct replacement element and UK Radiators had it. I ordered it and it arrived within 24hrs! Wish I could find out your secret as I want to show my electrician how to respond so fast.!!!”

“All about the customer service. 1st rad had a default and 2nd had a mark on it. Return for 1st was easy and dealt with promptly. 2nd rad I was given a fair refund to accommodate the damage. Issues happen, as long as they dealt with promptly and efficiently I am happy. Will us them again!”

“I was just looking for a simple radiator for our redecorated cloakroom and UK Radiators offered a suitable unit at a fair price. It was delivered very quickly with no fuss and I was kept informed by the courier of when it would arrive so no needless hanging around. We're now carrying out modifications to our home and will be looking to UK Radiators to supply something more impressive as the work progresses.”
