“Excellent service from start to finish. Prompt delivery and very well wrapped. One of the radiators was not suitable (my fault) and the return of the item and refund were dealt with by personal emails that kept me up to date and totally stress-free!!”

“Delay in shipping but I was kept informed. Answered queries promptly. Had trouble pairing fir WiFi - combination of my WiFi quality and 2 min timeframe. Very pleased with radiator and app for planing running time. Like eco feature and frost feature. We have cheap electricity between 12.30- 4.30 am so this o have set at 45 Just have to see if we can be warm in the bathroom, have dry towels - and save money”
