“The radiator did not arrive. Problems with TNT delivering it. Twice they said it was being or they had tried to deliver it but we were in and nothing arrived. The delivery should have been 1-2 days. 2 weeks later we were still waiting. Contacted UK Radiators several times, but they were unable to help. Not once did they contact me!”
