“bought a rad - it was the wrong size (my fault). Sent it back - great service. Ordered a new one - it was out of stock - due in 2 weeks. That would have meant it should be in stock mid-Nov. Heard NOTHING. No rad has turned up. No updates. So not recommending.”

“UK radiators were very good and very quick and we are very pleased with the radiators BUT what has prevented a 5 star review is that we ordered 3 radiators and only 2 were delivered, so we had to contact UK radiators again to get the other radiator delivered which they did without hassle but we could have done without the bother.”

“This company was such a pleasure to deal with! Love the radiator which arrived swiftly, had to return a couple of valves - nothing wrong, just a change of mind re the design. I decided to send back the item tracked(they will cover postage but not tracked postage) as I wanted to ensure the arrival and a subsequent refund. All of which was hassle free. Wish all companies were this good!!!!!!”

“The radiator is very efficient and looks good as a replacement for an older towel rail.I would recommend that packaging could be reviewed as mine arrived with a dent in the side, although this was not apparent on receipt, nor did I notice it until after installation. It is not a problem for me, as it is not easily noticed,and I only mentioned it for your info. Otherwisw good fast service, and excellent product.”
