“I had a query about the swim suit I wanted to buy. I phoned and spoke to Kerry. She was so helpful, actually phoned me back after going into the warehouse to check the garment . She was friendly and so helpful. I ordered the swimsuit and it arrived the next day and I love it. So impressed.”

Hi Veronica, Please accept our apologies again for the disappointment caused. It is very rare that the wrong item would be sent, as all of our products have unique barcodes which must be scanned correctly at dispatch. If the barcode is wrong, our software will not allow it to be dispatched. On receiving your return, we found that Nuria Ferrer has sent us an incorrectly labelled item, meaning that the correct barcode was scanned at dispatch but it was attached to the wrong product.
