“I had a problem with the lining in a new swimsuit which I'd only worn once. I contacted Customer Services and a replacement was sent. Great service, would thoroughly recommend UK Swimwear.”

Hi Veronica, Please accept our apologies again for the disappointment caused. It is very rare that the wrong item would be sent, as all of our products have unique barcodes which must be scanned correctly at dispatch. If the barcode is wrong, our software will not allow it to be dispatched. On receiving your return, we found that Nuria Ferrer has sent us an incorrectly labelled item, meaning that the correct barcode was scanned at dispatch but it was attached to the wrong product.
