The wrong item was delivered. Sizing is not accurate and runs smaller.

Hi Veronica, Please accept our apologies again for the disappointment caused. It is very rare that the wrong item would be sent, as all of our products have unique barcodes which must be scanned correctly at dispatch. If the barcode is wrong, our software will not allow it to be dispatched. On receiving your return, we found that Nuria Ferrer has sent us an incorrectly labelled item, meaning that the correct barcode was scanned at dispatch but it was attached to the wrong product. Nowhere near the size I asked for It did say C/D on the box but the cups were not that size at all. Extremely heavy as well made swimsuit feel like it had weights in it

Well after 2 weeks of waiting I had to chase up my order only to be told that I’d had my order confirmed in error. As I checked that my payment had definitely been taken I went back and on looking again, they found my payment. Garment was then dispatched promptly and is lovely but I didn’t need the 24 hours of stress where my £190 was missing!

Very disappointed with packeting (crumpled & used) particularly with one swimwear item I ordered. Considering the price of the item, very unhappy. I had to return my order because of sizing issues, but my experience with the packeting would make me hesitant to order again.

Thank you for getting in touch with us about your order and for your feedback regarding the packaging. I'm very sorry to hear that the presentation wasn't up to scratch with 1 of your items. As swimwear items may be tried on (with the hygiene strip) and returned, packaging may not reasonably be completely without the odd crease. However, our returns team is exceptionally thorough in checking that products themselves are always pristine before we accept them as a return and go on to resell them. If packaging is exceptionally creased (and certainly if it has been ripped), we would always replace this prior to returning stock to our shelves. I have passed your comments onto our returns team so that we can ensure that a more uniform policy is adopted when replacing creased packaging. I agree that as we sell high-end swimwear, first impressions are important when you first unwrap your new goods and we always want you to be very happy with your order. I returned my item and received an acknowledgement, with a message that I would receive my refund withing 30 days, which seems an inordinately long time. This was on 2nd July, and 18 days later I am still waiting..

Very slow to refund credit card. The unwanted swimsuits were received by you on 24th July (I returned them to you by 1st class tracked post) but I have still not been refunded which I find unacceptable. I should not be required to fund your cash flow and would be grateful if you could please refund my card immediately. No other mail order business I deal with behaves like this. My order no: 509643 Otherwise one of the swimsuits sent to me was slightly soiled. When I made the order the girl I spoke to was helpful and pleasant.

Delivery excellent. However with regard to refunds, I am still waiting two weeks after receiving confirmation that the goods I didn't buy had been received.

great costume arrived within one day but had to return the sarong a month later and I still havnt reveived the refund they take your money but hopefully 1£123.00 will returned soon? most sincerely hazel rimmer

My first costume was coming unstitched on the straps. As I was already in Spain it was a big dissapointment not to be able to wear it. However I ordered another one which took a week to arrive in Spain. I will get a refund for the first one when I return to uk in a week. I have bought your products before and been very Pleased with them. First one shouldn't have got pasted reception. Jan Lewis

Although they did say the refund could take unto 1 month I am still waiting after nearly 3 weeks. I don't know another online company who keep your money for so long.

Efficient delivery. Shame product was far too large. Returned but disappointing length of time before refund issued even though receipt of return was acknowledged next day. This has to be one of the slowest refund procedure ever.

I bought a swim bag, the photo madethe bag look twice the size that it actually was, really disappointed. It was a present for my daughter and didnt return it as i didnt have an alternative to hand.

I did not even try it on. Looked nothing like the design in the picure & could not see how to get it into that shape!! If you wanted to reverse it then you would have to careful cut off the label.
