“Pointlessly paid 6.99 for next day delivery. Took 5 days to get here. This was maybe due to postal strike, however, for that price , another form of delivery should have been used. Also this company was more expensive than others. Easy to set up but not worth the extra expense”

“Order delayed through strikes, this wasn’t made as clear as I’d have liked and communications were somewhat misleading. Due to this I asked for the order not to be posted. This was ignored and the order posted anyway. Ended up with a partial refund covering postage. Wouldn’t be in a hurry back.”

“Don't tell you that you need to provide your documents till after they have taken payment. Then it takes 20 attempts and lots of frustration to submit the required documents on there website.”

“Plates arrived with no holes in them. And that's after they suggested I buy a fixing kit for extra cost. Not sure the point of that. And there were no instructions for how to put the plates on. Was expecting just to screw them on like the old plates, but no holes means that they need to be stuck on. Plates look ok, but pretty poor if you haven't stuck plates on a car before.”

“Number plate was good but delivery was poor. Ordered on early Saturday morning (before deadline on website) and arrived Tues after paying for next day delivery? I can’t understand why have a Saturday deadline when I could have ordered Monday for the same (Tue delivery) service? Doesn’t make sense, I would have expected a Saturday dispatch for a Monday delivery. Most other couriers can manage that…expensive delivery.”

“Well, I'd like to give a great review - the plate arrived on time and looks fine - but... I decided not to order the fixing screws because I could use the existing ones... and so the plate arrived without holes! So I have no means of fixing the plate onto the car! I'll have to attach the new plate to the old one (that, luckily, I have kept) and align the holes in the old one to the new one and drill through the new plate... all the time hoping it doesn't shatter. So, I do think one should be given the option to buy the plate without the fixing screws BUT WITH the holes to fix the new plate to the car.”

“Fast delivery…but… Cheap plates, very thin backing. If holes need drilled you have to do it yourself, and no matter I’m taking your time with the correct tools the film stretches or tears. If they have a preferred method no instructions provided. Plastic cracks. Plastic caps provided are grey not white for the white number plate. After upload of documents no confirmation email to say it’s all ok, no dispatch email. To be fair when I contacted them Ryan responded very quickly to confirm they had been sent. As others have said, as far as personal documents needing uploaded, there is no info as to how they hold them, process them, or keep them secure. I understand the legal requirements, but if that’s the case have appropriate info prior to buying about why, and also how they store the info.”

“I was very angry! You ask for bank details, transfer money, I think every thing is sorted, and then you ask for proof of ownership! I think it was disgusting. Ask all questions first, and then take people’s money!”

“Paid £7 for next day delivery which didn't arrive as promised and paid for. That resulted in being stopped by the police when taking dog to vet for emergency, and my wife unable to get to a hospital appointment. It's perfectly possible to arrange guaranteed delivery next day - this company just use the cheap option and let people down.”
