“Quick service, but does require you to provide evidence that you own the vehicle, AFTER you’ve paid for the plate. Not so straightforward for fleet drivers. The portal for uploading docs is quite user friendly.”

“The requirement to provide "identity" detail for prevention of crime is not advised until after order and payment completed. I was buying the number plate as a surprise present for my daughter to use on her new trailer and would have been hesitant to proceed due to the need to spoil the surprise by asking for registration docs. from her and my weak computer skills in sending pics of documents. However, after much help from Joe via email I was able to provide sufficient evidence. The plate was despatched the same day and safely received. A case of a dedicated member of staff rectifying my disappointment at not being made aware of all the information require when contemplating an order. Number plate excellent product”

“Overall excellent but it would be useful to have all the docs you need listed BEFORE you make the payment. It was only after payment, that I was advised I would need certain docs that I didnt yet have. It all worked out in the end and I am very happy with my new plates.”

“Plate came really quick and is what I ordered. However the mock up when you’re ordering online doesn’t show that they add their details to the edge of the plate. Also what would be a good feature would be if it had drill hole marks on the reverse so you don’t have to guess where to put them.”
