“Very straightforward and speedy process to order. I would of given 5 stars but I ordered on Saturday afternoon, paid for next day delivery and didn't receive the number plate until Tuesday. I wasn't aware that they are closed during the weekend and my order wouldn't be picked up until Monday.”

“Good Company, plates arrived in excellent condition. I made the mistake of paying next dsy delivery on a friday and they turned up Monday, it didnt cover weekends, that was my mistake as it was in small print. Perhaps an option for saturday delivery or guaranteed 24hr delivery over weekends also would have highlighted this. Apart from delivery problem plates were well made and arrived as stated. Will use again when needed”

“The requirement to provide "identity" detail for prevention of crime is not advised until after order and payment completed. I was buying the number plate as a surprise present for my daughter to use on her new trailer and would have been hesitant to proceed due to the need to spoil the surprise by asking for registration docs. from her and my weak computer skills in sending pics of documents. However, after much help from Joe via email I was able to provide sufficient evidence. The plate was despatched the same day and safely received. A case of a dedicated member of staff rectifying my disappointment at not being made aware of all the information require when contemplating an order. Number plate excellent product”
