“Arrived quickly, And well packaged. I’ve knocked the rating down to good rather than very good as it wasn’t made clear that I’d have to submit documentation until after I’d submitted payment information. I’m sure it probably does say this somewhere within the website or it’s t&c’s, but I certainly didn’t notice it while quickly knocking through my order through the mobile site, which is what I’d imagine most users do.”

“A rating in reviews of this kind, in my view, should not be based on how a company performs when things go right. It's how they perform when things don't quite go to plan. I couldn't submit a rating at "Very Good" due to the initial error on the Shipping front. However, the way in which Joe dealt with my subsequent enquiry regarding delayed shipping, reacted and resent another number plate out on overnight delivery was fantastic. The fact that the payment for the original overnight shipping was also reimbursed I thought was excellent. All in all I was extremely pleased and thought the overall service of UK Registrations was first-rate. Regards, CJ”

I think it'd be useful if you could give a preview of what our number plates would look like before purchase? For example I bought the 3d effect number plate and I didnt realise it would turn out the way it did. Never the less, excellent service, well done”
