“The metal number plates were really good quality and the adhesive pads work great! They came in decent time given the pandemic. I would give them 5 stars, although, when they arrived, there is a black border around the number plates which was not specified in the pictures, not an issue, except it wasn’t perfect, some lines thicker than others and quite a few smudges. But not enough to drop the rating too much. I would buy from them again as it was quick and simple in terms of uploading the documents needed. A note - you need to actually go through the payment section first and pay for the plates before you have to upload the documents.”

“The website is a little confusing, the part when you need to choose which number plate you would like to buy and rather than giving you the option to tick the one you want it says tick the one you don’t want and for that reason I did make human error and ticked the wrong one and thinking it’s the right one. Therefore I had to pay again and also did pay spacial delivery to be able to receive it earlier too as I was already waiting for a week. Other than that it was great service to use. And when I was emailing customer support a gentleman called Ryan would answer very quickly. So the email respond time is great! Thank you”

“Arrived quickly, And well packaged. I’ve knocked the rating down to good rather than very good as it wasn’t made clear that I’d have to submit documentation until after I’d submitted payment information. I’m sure it probably does say this somewhere within the website or it’s t&c’s, but I certainly didn’t notice it while quickly knocking through my order through the mobile site, which is what I’d imagine most users do.”
