Hi Barry, Thanks for the review! Apologies about the package, this shouldn't have happened. In regards to the delivery we don't offer next day delivery we only offer 1st Class Royal Mail which can be 1-3 days but does usually arrive next day,

“The service was quick and took less time to dispatch then shown. One downside I didn't expect was once plates arrived, the bottom of the plate had the company name. Something which I did not want. An option to not have that would have made this 5 stars. A small let down that could have been avoided. If an option to see the plates via email would grant the confirmation that customer is entirely happy.”
