“Product and delivery were very good however they should tell you right at the beginning that you need to send them copies of driving licence and vehicle log as I needed this urgently but it took me two days to find and be able to scan the docs thus delaying the delivery.”

“The company was efficient and delivered an excellent plate quickly. However the process was a little unsettling as I had to send my personal details after I had ordered and paid for the plates and I didn't know if they were going to be approved. They were, so it didn't matter, but if they had been rejected I would have lost a couple of days and the plate was needed badly. So only four stars.”

“I did not appreciate from the very first contact with the website that supporting documents would be needed (I.e. proof of ownership/address of vehicle). This did not become apparent until after payment had been taken. I am not sure if the info was there from the outset and I overlooked it, or if it was not there. In either case I would suggest that this is made more explicit from the start. Apart from that very pleased with the service. Number plate arrived the following day as specified. Thank you”

“Fast & friendly but not the best quality, Black on my numbers have transparent sections, I ordered front & back matching graphic plates the front graphic is blue but the back is navy so they now don’t match (my current EU plates don’t look this way!) , meaning it’s printed directly over the yellow plate without changing the ink & I paid for a boarder that’s broken in places where it shouldn’t be”
