“It was really easy to use UK Planning Maps. I was able to draw the red line around the property and add a title to the document with ease before downloading the document. The downloaded document included a marker showing North and the scale at the bottom of the page. Everything that I needed was included! I needed to contact customer services to increase the number of searches available and ask a couple of general questions, and was impressed that the call was answered quickly and the young lady was able to deal with my enquiry thoroughly with a polite and friendly manner. I would definitely use this service again or recommend it to anyone submitting their own planning application as I was. Thank you, UK Planning Maps.”

Hi Mr Doummar, unfortunately Ordnance Survey charge the CAD files much higher than the JPG files, you should still find that we are the cheapest supplier of Ordnance Survey mapping online.

“Creating the account went fine. However, I struggled to bring up the site mapping for (admittedly) what was a rural location. I rapidly used up my 'free' scrolling allowance and got frozen twice in the process. However, the help team email support was excellent in pointing me towards the Google mapping 'find' method and then increasing my scroll freedom. Final plan output a little off centre but mapping and annotation fine.”
