“It is a quick service and an intuitive site to use. My one issue would be that the screen image when trying to put the boundary line on was too small especially for an awkward shaped boundary as I have.”

“The land registry gave a list of suppliers, UK planning maps was the site I could easily access and gain what I required all went smoothly with a download and copys sent in the post plus I can still access and amend etc in the next 12 months , so I would use again”

“I was furious with this website. It clearly says in the FAQs that you can review the final map before you purchase and this DOES NOT happen. Therefore, I ended up paying £31 for a map without the border that I had carefully drawn - the only thing I had set out to do. If I had been able to actually see the pdf I was about to download, I would have BEEN ABLE TO SPOT THE PROBLEM. I sent a message but no one contacted me.”

“The map was easy to access, but it was tricky to draw the property boundary, both with point-snap and freehand, because the map would not enlarge on-screen sufficiently for the boundary to show clearlt”

“Service ok but disappointed to find no National Grid values or lines on the plan and parcel numbers with areas not supplied. A inferior product compared with the old style Ordnance Survey 1:2500 plans, very disappointed as a former OS Land Surveyor.”

“Excellent! Very helpful in sorting out my order after I had made a mistake in it. Panicking it was too late, they fixed my plans online and postal order. Cannot recommend highly enough. Fast efficient and very helpful. Thank you”

“I made aware of the service by a friend and retired surveyor, and was very satisfied with the ease of which I could find the map I needed and draw a red line on the area as needed. The map was emailed to me by return although I felt that the cost was high for an online service that provided no actual materials. I also purchased paper copies as back-up and they duly arrived within the projected timescale however, the quality of print definition isn't good and the small size of the map image is restrictively small given the extra cost in my view.”
