“Excellent Scale 1:500 Planning Maps, though not necessarily critically accurate regarding the actual placement of buildings; but perfectly adequate for general use.”

“The service was efficient and easy. There was however one error on the map, for postcode NN7 3GH, the street name is simply shown as 'Ridgeway', it should be 'Ridgeway Furlong' as is reflected in the postcode.”

“I needed a plan for a change of address which seems like a complicated process to the non professional but the OS planning map was easy to do. I’d liked to have been able to add notes to the plan but did this, after downloading, in Word. In all the easiest and least costly part of the whole process.”

“Map fine, but the option of outlining the site in red was compromised by the small scale so I was unable to do that part accurately, which meant downloading as a word file then doing my best to get a precise outline, perhaps I missed something in the process but i didn't find it intuitive. Perhaps the choice to redownload the map in another format once payment is made would be added value to the customer”

“Quick and easy to source. Only adverse comment is that considerable care must be taken over scale of downloaded plans. Scale bars are given, however, these can vary in their accuracy.”

“So easy to use and produces a professional looking map to submit with planning application. The only tricky thing was the red outline as the property in question had a very irregular border, so that took a bit of time to get it spot on. Will definitely use again”
