“A bit fiddly when trying to get a map of a piece of land for sale (as opposed to a property with a proper postcode) - I had to use the freehand tool to create an overview but that was only at 1:1250, whereas the planning officer had requested a plan at 1:500 - but with it at that size I could only get a box 90m square which didn't show boundaries etc. In the end I had to buy both sizes which was a bit annoying, but having said that, the system worked very well, downloads were quick and my planning application is now being processed.”

“Good map service, but I would have liked to be able to make the map box bigger so easier to see when plotting. When I had the snap on switched on there were so many points I couldn't see the boundary line so missed a little bit, again if I could have enlarged the map the boundary would have been clearer.”
