“I was very happy with my end result and, as an elderly technophobe, found the software easy to use, once I had read the instructions! It was good to have a wee on line chat box ping up and Evelyn was very helpful. I was also glad I paid the extra £5 for a years worth of access as, almost immedietly after purchase, I had to make a wee change”

“I was having difficulty with planning application. The planning department in my area all work from home and it is almost imposible to make contact with anyone. I needed plans but did not know how to access them. Whilst trawling the net for information, I saw this site, hit the button and there was the solution to mty problem. I am in my tender years and it looked daunting, but I scrolled through it and took my time studying the options.There was the answer; you get plans for your area and the option to compile and download what you need. It is a very useful site, full marks.”

“The first set of paper maps were skew wiff on the page. I rang and the replacements were also skew wiff, just tilted the other way. There needs to be more care on checking paper copies before they are despatched.”

“Be very careful you know what scale you need to order. The system will allow you to draw a plan of your whole site. However if you do not select the correct scale bits of the plan will not appear on the image you receive. Any mistakes are costly.”
