“Nicola W was very helpful in resolving the issue I was having trying to submit an online claim. When the suggestion didn't work, obviously due to an IT issue, either with me or elsewhere she took ownership of the problem. It was resolved quickly and I was updated the next day accordingly. A refreshing approach and attitude, something I rarely experience these days. Well done and thanks.”

“Thankyou for dealing with my claim fast & efficiently. The mistake regarding the prescription reciept was on my part as I wasn't sure what I needed to send, as you can't keep the actual prescription. When it was explained that you only needed the drugs label it was dealt with straight away. Thanks again happy with the service.”
