“I have had an NHS Dentist Policy with this company through Unison for many years. Unfortunately I haven't had a dentist for the past 5 years till January 2025. I had some treatment done over 3 appointments before I remembered I have this cover. I put 3 claims in for my treatment but one was declined as I was one day over the 6 month time period. Luckily one of the service team re-looked at my claim and decided to honour the claim as I had continued to pay my subscription even though I had no dentist for over 5 years. Brilliant team, polite and sympathetic, great cover for £12.50 a month and you get 100% of your dental payments refunded back. Thank you to Andrew Bevins and Laura Murray for your attention and decisions.”
