“An online claim appeared to have been overlooked in some way and so I sent an e-mail to enquire about it. Within an hour Nicola (Williamson) sent a response saying she would deal with the claim as soon as I sent a copy of my receipts. Once received, Nicola immediately got the claim processed and approved. Absolutely excellent, first class service.”

“Excellent customer service from employee Carl Strickland. Emailed and advised of errors in my claim and how to correct them and this was a day after my claim! Correct receipts were sent and claim paid same day. Carl is an asset to the company.”

“Very quick response after I'd sent in my application for dental treatment costs. On the website, I thought I'd uploaded first one document and then the second (treatment plan and receipts). But I guess I should have uploaded both at the same time, as only one was received. I was VERY quickly told that only one had been received and the problem was immediately resolved.”
