“The Five stars is specifically for the team not the Company a a whole. I am incredibly impressed with the corporate (Debra and Sara) and accounts team at UK Healthcare. Their professionalism, swift communication, and extreme helpfulness are truly commendable. It is so easy to add and remove employees to the corporate health benefits. Only negative - is once you are signed up - you never hear from the Sales Manager again and all the reports you were promised by the said Sales Manager, never materialise and then you are left asking the Accounts team who are quite understandably surprised by your request (BIK reporting/overview information)”
