“I sent a change request to cover my wife over the weekend and 48 hours later they have confirmed the new cover and start date. Great service and really effective team (Sara Leathley) over email as well !! Would recommend them for the cover as well :)”

“i was very pleased with the support I received from Deborah Morrey, Customer Service Administrator last Friday 19th July when I called for help in submitting the on-line Dental Claim Form for Bolton Hospital Saturday. Deborah was patient, took me through the entire process step by step to see where the error I may have made had occurred. I eventually found that I hadn't put a tick in one of the boxes on the form. Once this was rectified, the form was automatically sent of. Thank you Deborah for the time you spent with when the phone lines were about to close. I really appreciated this. What I would call 'going the extra mile'”
