“A fairly easy company to deal with although the date & time of the appointment was 'issued' rather than agreed. Engineer turned up on date & time agreed & fixed the fault. It is quite an expensive procedure especially when you take into account the 'making good' that is required after the visit”

“So pleased I contacted UFH to help with my underfloor heating. Great communication from Vicky regarding my appointment. Engineer, Doug, replaced the faulty thermostat that had previously been installed by a different company as part of an insurance claim with Liverpool Victoria. He also carried out a diagnostic inspection of the matting that had also formed part of the insurance claim. Doug informed me that the matting had been laid incorrectly and provided me with a report and photos to submit to LV as part of a complaint. Doug was so helpful & patient in explaining everything - he couldn't have been more supportive. Can't recommend UFH highly enough.”

“I really recommend UHF. Vicky was so helpful & efficient arranging everything. Doug detected the fault immediately and working with the other guys to lift the floor, they repaired the fault quickly. I could not recommend them enough! They were brilliant, I wish I realised this company existed sooner - will now be nice & warm this winter!!”

“Doug came to fix my underfloor heating. What a lovely man. Explained everything to me so I understood what was being done and explained what the fault was etc. Kept mess to a minimum. Lovely singing but I am tone deaf lol. Very pleased with outcome as now all fixed with the minimum of fuss.”

“After having a new bathroom installation, we found the underfloor heating had been damaged. UFH Services were recommended by the company that supply the heating mat. From the initial online enquiry to the engineer visit, we felt we were being dealt with professionally. Vicky was very helpful on the telephone. Doug was respectful of our property and did a good job of showing us what he’d found. He also worked well with the tiler that attended to refit the tile that was removed. Sadly, we need the floor replacing but Doug was very helpful in suggesting we stopped testing after he found the first two faults so we could still have a usable bathroom. I’d definitely recommend the company.”

“Made a very good job making a small hole in the bathroom floor tile and repairing the under floor heating. Left the space nice and clean would use them again if I have to.”

“Vicky was so lovely- sadly my dad was ill so o needed to delay. It was no problem. The cost was not cheap but I felt that we trusted the assessment and repair/ experience with UFH .”
