“After having a new bathroom installation, we found the underfloor heating had been damaged. UFH Services were recommended by the company that supply the heating mat. From the initial online enquiry to the engineer visit, we felt we were being dealt with professionally. Vicky was very helpful on the telephone. Doug was respectful of our property and did a good job of showing us what he’d found. He also worked well with the tiler that attended to refit the tile that was removed. Sadly, we need the floor replacing but Doug was very helpful in suggesting we stopped testing after he found the first two faults so we could still have a usable bathroom. I’d definitely recommend the company.”

“Vicky was so lovely- sadly my dad was ill so o needed to delay. It was no problem. The cost was not cheap but I felt that we trusted the assessment and repair/ experience with UFH .”

“UFH was a great find. First, Vicky was so helpful and efficient in making all the arrangements. What seemed like a looming disaster was suddenly " Yes, we can fix that quite easily." On the day, Doug was excellent, friendly and highly professional. He removed an Amtico tile without damage then quickly and expertly fixed the problem. He was a pleasure to have in our house. Overall, a great experience of a Company who could not have been more helpful and can be relied on to do their speciality quite brilliantly. Thank you.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Vicky was extremely helpful in explaining the process and getting us booked in, the engineer, Bradley travelled up to East Yorkshire to carry out the work - he arrived on time and did a great job. He was friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“First Vikki was very efficient in making the appointment. Bradley arrived exactly when we had agreed. He was able to identify the problem with the Underfloor heating control within a few minutes. He solved the problem easily and quickly and then waited to ensure that he could test it fully. Excellent service from start to finish”

“The quality of the work done is good, but it is worth knowing that the agreed cost only covers repair work done on the initial visit. If it turns out that there is more than one fault with your floor and they are not all detected on the initial visit, then you may face a costly bill (as I did for a return visit). Our floor failed again after a day or two of use, and I was told that it was my fault for not providing enough information about the work that had been done over the years.”

“It took a while from reporting and engaging Ufh services. When the engineer called he was a joy to deal with, explained in detail the fault finding and likely causes. Quickly located the problem and repaired it simply and quickly. Job done. The fault was less than 100mm from the wall so warranties from heat mat are invalid apparently although this was at the end of the circuit, so should heat matt be stepping up?”

“I wish I’d addressed our problem earlier. Our underfloor heating mat stopped working before Christmas but I couldn’t bear the thought of taking our floor up to get it repaired. When I did, eventually, contact UFH Services I was met with a very professional, friendly and approachable team. I was assured that they would repair the mat, with minimal disruption to the floor. The appointment was booked within two weeks and, on the day, I was informed of an exact time, an hour before the engineer was due. This was perfect as I wasn’t left waiting around all morning. The engineer was very professional and reassuring that it would be repaired. We have amtico flooring and he didn’t even remove the full piece. He loosened the piece and folded it up to reveal the fault. This meant we could replace the existing flooring. Unfortunately we didn’t have any viable floor adhesive available, if we had he would have relaid the flooring for us, even though we were aware that this would be our responsibility. What a relief that the job didn’t involve any major disruption. Thank You”
