“I own a holiday cottage where the electric underfloor heating had partly stopped working. After trying without success to find somebody locally who was willing to carry out the work under the floor, I rather reluctantly had to search for a specialist national company. The process in the end was very smooth, from arranging a date to carry out the work, right through to the work being carried out. The problem, under my floor tiles was repaired successfully and although expensive, it has to be taken into consideration the distance travelled to carry out the work and, of course, the time involved to get there to carry out the work in the first place.”

“The service engineer was excellent once he was here. He explained everything very well and performed the repair quickly and efficiently. However it took over a month from the time we first contacted UFH until they were able to schedule a visit. I understand that we live in a very out of the way place but I thought it was still excessive. I also felt that the price quoted was very high but as there was no alternative we were forced to pay it.”

“Very impressed with this company. From my initial phone call we felt we were dealing with people who knew what they were doing. So helpful and friendly,and we were told of possible outcomes ,and prices. Fortunately the problem was not as bad as it could have been,but was good to be forewarned. Engineer was very good, explaining everything clearly and advising when asked. A five star company!”

“From the first really friendly and professional greeting on the phone to the efficient planning and engineers visit, the whole process for getting my under-floor heating fixed could not have been more simple or stress free. The guys who came to fix my problem where very knowledgeable, courteous and well organised. They had all the tech and tools to identify the problem and then fix the problem once identified. I would have no hesitation in recommending UFH Services Ltd to anybody. Great job everyone, thank you”

“Found this company on line and from first contact they were very efficient. Brad phoned and arrived on time, he was very polite and patient in finding the fault in our flooring. He explained everything he was doing to repair the fault, which he did and then explained how to work the system and what to do next. We were very impressed and would most certainly recommend this company.”

“Excellent and really efficient booking system. Engineer arrived on time; was incredibly polite and engaging. He explained all of his thoughts / opinions about probable cause of our problem clearly. Quickly diagnosed and then sorted out the issues with the minimum of fuss.”

“We had broken underfloor heating after a plumbing repair. UFH were professionally recommended by a tiler from Checkatrade - always a good sign. On first contact, Vicky was very helpful and understood the problem. Though it took two weeks for Doug to be free to call, when he did the service was exceptional and well worth waiting for. Doug was really professional and found two areas where the cable needed repairing. He needed to remove a tile and also installed an upgraded control box which is much easier to use than the old one. Doug left the place clean and tidy with everything working fine again - all within a couple of hours. Really nice man who explained everything as he went.”

“From start to finish a very professional company from Vicky who took the call and put my mind at ease telling me it could be fix and booking the job for repair. Doug arrived on time very nice man who knew what he was doing fixed five cables which had been cut through by a heavy handed tiler 😖in just a few hours left with my heating working once again 😊 and no mess .Do yourselves a favour don’t try doing it yourself get theses guys in and save time ,stress ,and money wasted on fixing kits that don’t work and people who are not train in fixing this specialist item , Thank you Mark”
