“Really pleased with the service - Vicky is professional from start to finish,Good pair of lads - turned up on time, did what they said they would.I'm an electrician and was interested in how they were going to do it ,and didn't seem to mind explaining how the fault finding gear worked.As with everything it has a cost - but it is specialised and there aren't many people who can do it.This job was a wetroom with formed slopes for drainage and the costs to rip up and start again would have been substantial to say the least. Would definitely use again - nice to know it is actually possible to repair them when something goes wrong ! Thanks”

“UFH came out to advise on an underfloor heating issue that we had had on and off for over 6 years and finally it is fixed! The engineer was very quick to diagnose the issue because of the specialist equipment and experience they have. The job took just 3 hours from arrival to departure and there was no mess at all! Thank you UFH.”

“Excellent service, Brad did a great job locating and repairing the fault, explained the issue clearly, how it had occurred and how he was fixing it, also advised on how best to relay a tile, very helpful, thank you guys.”

“Extremely happy and relieved to have the heating working again - great communication - very friendly, helpful and efficient (Vicky) and everything went like clockwork. Vicky was confident they could fix it although I was sceptical as two electricians had tried and failed, however, they were able to repair without difficulty for the original price quoted with a minimum of fuss. Also tested heating throughout rest of apartment with no additional charge and prepared a written report. Couldn't be more pleased.”

“Fantastic service both on site and from the office (Vicky) - they have simply done what they said they could and would do! Price as quoted and they have all the gear to carry out these challenging repairs. Always worry about reading reviews, but having had the service I can say it is top notch. It was very speedy and also everything was carried out in a very pleasant manner. I could not be happier and my wife will now have a warm floor again - best news this year.”

“Excellent service from start to finish ,firstly vicky out of the office was a pleasure to talk too, she explained procedures & arranged date & time of which the team were right on time.The team themselves were very pleasant ,they explained what they would be doing and within 10 minutes found two faults which are now repaired and my floor is now working ,in a nutshell they are a Rolls Royce company 100% and will definitely recommend them ,a BIG THANKYOU to you all . A very pleased customer.”

“We contacted UFH as we thought we had a problem with our underfloor heating. On inspection the fault lay with the a faulty plug. Although the work required was not part of their normal remit they were more than happy to put me in a new spur and cable to get the heating up and running. This work would normally have been done by an electrician. We were very happy with the work carried out particularly as it is not a part of their normal service.”

“Engineer was very thorough and most importantly was able to repair a faulty temperature sensor without having to lift any floor tiles. This has saved us both in time and money. Very professional, very experienced and overall very pleasant chap! Back office staff all very helpful too with regular updates on when the engineer would arrive and then promptly called back to make sure everything was OK. Top service and would most definitely recommend to others.”

“What a great service from the moment I contacted the company re my underfloor heating problem the service was exceptional. I was given advise over the phone from a very knowledgeable lady, sent an instruction sheet on the possible silly problems which would not require the expert fitters. When I eventually booked the repair I was informed when the men would arrive, which they did on time the cost which was as quoted (unusual these days). The repair men were polite, very clean workers and obviously expert in their field. The repair was done and the room left in an almost untouched manner. I would recommend this company to anybody with underfloor heating problems.”

“Excellent service. I was kept informed on the time of arrival of the Engineers and when they arrived they were polite, courteous and carried out the repairs with efficiency. They quickly identified where the faults lay, removed just three tiles, repaired the broken cable and retested the circuit. They then advised the best way to replace the tiles, so well that I have been able to do it myself. Would highly recommend this Company.”

“From start to finish a Rolls Royce service .within in a matter of 5 minutes they found the first fault then another one ,they fixed the problem ,very professional company in and out of office ,Vicky was a pleasure to talk too and arranged the visit .well pleased with the company and without hesitation would recommend them . “We had just moved into a new property to find that the underfloor heating didn't work and assumed it would cost a small fortune to fix. After numerous searches online I cam across UFH Services and spoke with Vicky, who instantly gave me confidence that this was a company who knew what they were doing, so proceeded to book an engineer. It turned out that we were not on there scheduled run as we live quite rural but in order to accommodate us, an engineer was sent out to us on a Sunday. A week later Doug came out to site and quickly found the problem to be a faulty thermostat and we were back up and running within about half an hour, furthermore, as it was a relatively quick fix the labour charge was adjusted to reflect this. Great service from both Vicky & Doug and would highly recommend this company if you have an underfloor heating issue - Thanks guys!”

“After several weeks of searching and failing to find anyone who could fix or understand the problem with the underfloor heating in the conservatory, these guys were excellent. Turned up on time, came in, got straight down to the problem and hey presto we have warmth in the room. Would use these guys again.”
