“Well done to Vicky and her team. Excellent to talk initially to someone who knows directly on the phone, book the job, have a follow up as to when the guys will be with you on the day and then an efficient, no nonsense, repair all in the space of a few days - can't ask for more than that. “Very pleased with the whole process, fitted us in at a very busy time of year. Had to remove two floor tiles but mess was kept to a minimum and job completed in a relatively short time. Would highly recommend.”

“A quick and neat job to find and fix our underfloor heating made this a really excellent service. We were taken through the whole process in advance with Vicky from the office who even managed to squeeze us in before Christmas. The guys who came were non-intrusive, quick and tidy. Got the job done where others had failed. Glad we found you and will have warm toes in time for Christmas. Thanks.”

“Excellent service on site with Doug and Brad and from the office with Vicky. They came very early morning on time, and carried out the necessary repair to the underfloor heating mat quickly and efficiently. The floor tile was neatly cut out for the contractor to replace with a spare tile later the same day ! I would highly recommend UFH Services to anyone with underfloor heating problems. “UFH - Highly professional. Much appreciated - thank you. We have engaged UFH on Rickmansworth Library in Hertfordshire to inspect failed under floor heating (electrical). Not only they went out to site very quickly, UFH support - Vicky phoned me shortly after with full details of the condition and recommendations. What is also very impressive is that due to the age and poor condition of the installation they did not want to take the job on because the repair might not be lasting. No we are looking at alternative heating options and thanks to UFH we didn't spend any money on repair that would not last in the long run. Thank you again, Mirek @ Oakray Ltd”

“This service really saved the day for me. Had to replace a row of 8 cracked tiles but damaged the underfloor heating wires. Thought I was going to have to replace the whole floor until I discovered this company. They came and located exactly where damage was and removed a few tiles really neatly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you. Garry Lambert”

“After conversations with Vicky, who was very helpful I decided to go ahead and have a full inspection of my underfloor heating (UFH), as it was having an increasing tendency to go out of control. Doug and Brad arrived from the Isle of Sheppey just after the crack of dawn and started working on reasoning out the multiplexities of our UFH control systems. They used their experience from the wide varieties of UFH systems they had previously tamed as well as state of the art infra red detectors which showed where heat was and wasn't under the floors. They were then able to show my wife and I how to operate the ten or so UFH circuits that heat our house which now is pleasantly warm rather than too hot or two cold because thanks to Brad and Doug "We now have Control" Thanks Vicky, Doug and Brad you are brilliant professionals all...”

“Doug and Brad came on time and soon worked out how our complicated underfloor heating works. They were friendly, efficient and caring and showed us how to regain control of our heating system. We are very pleased that we found Doug and Brad for they both five star plus!!”

“From the initial contact by phone with Vicky right through to the successful repair to our underfloor heating UFH could not have been more helpful or efficient. The engineers arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the repair with outstanding efficiency. Both engineers Brad and Doug were extremely polite and helpful with Brad very willing to explain the procedure and the repair undertaken. Overall a very gratifying experience and we would recommend this company to anyone who has problems with their underfloor heating. John Dashfield”

“I found out about UFH Services Ltd, after searching for a reputable underfloor heating company. I checked the customer's reviews, and all of them were five star! I phoned and spoke to Vicky, who was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable, about all things underfloor heating. The work was carried out in my property whilst I was away, but everything went very smoothly. Vicky liaised with the Caretaker of the apartments where I live, the guys, one of whom is Dougie, turned up on time, and were let in by the Caretaker. A full check was made of the system, a fault was found, and the repair made, and I received a full report, and photos of the thermal imaging that was carried out, to show that all the pads were working. Dougie even explained the concept of underfloor heating too me, which made sense, and helped me understand why it wasn't getting warm for me. A top drawer job, which justifies completely the five star reviews that every customer has awarded them.”

“I have, for months, been having an unbelievably bad time with 3 shower rooms fitted by an incompetent cowboy (even more disgraceful in that I used a glossy magazine bathroom company which supposedly has a good national reputation) . The result of the shoddy work meant that showers leaked, causing tiles to come up (in addition to a whole host of other problems). I turned to another fitter whom I trust, who is tasked with the repair work. Naturally the floor tiles had to be lifted, and it was during this process that the underfloor heating was damaged (couldn't be avoided sadly). After a huge amount of research, and vast amounts of angst on my part, I finally discovered UFH Services - what a godsend!. From my first distressed call to them, which was taken by Vicky (who is very knowledgable) I was treated with such kind understanding, and efficient working towards a resolution. And that being to a tight timescale too. Vicky worked hard to arrange as quick an appointment as possible. Even until the eleventh hour I wasn't sure if the fix could be achieved owing to various factors. If it had not been possible to perform a fix, this would have resulted in the worst case scenario for me, i.e.the complete removal of the entire bathroom before a complete refit. However, the engineers arrived as promised, and I must add, super-considerate about removing shoes when most tradesmen don't even bother to ask! They too had some doubts about whether it could be fixed, but they pulled the proverbial rabbit out of the hat, and saved the day. Their work was great, and they left everything clean and tidy, and just as it should be. I cannot thank these people enough. If I had to score them out of 10; I'd give them a 20! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. THANKYOU all at UFH Services! - Heather”

“Excellent company to work with. From initial calls to the actual work everyone was polite, helpful and clear about the procedure and answered all questions. Ben and Doug arrived on time and did a great job fixing the underfloor heating and explaining what was required. Ben was even kind enough to go through the thermostat operations with us. “Excellent professional company. Vicky was a delight to talk too and may all the necessary arrangements for the engineers visit very efficiently. The men arrived within the given time slot and located the problem very quickly. They explained the problem in laymans terms and replaced the faulty unit. I would highly recommend the workers and company and would definitely use them again.”
