“Perhaps you're reading these reviews, wondering if you can genuinely trust this company to rock up and locate an 'invisible' problem under your lovely floor; then surgically remove a single tile; repair the fault; and leave everything tidy afterwards? If so, then the answer is yes! We've now used them three times on different properties and they've been brilliant every time. Vicky is excellent at explaining the process and handling the admin. And we can highly recommend both Brad and Doug for proficiently working their magic (using some very clever gizmos) to find the issue and then apply a fix, quickly and painlessly. All that we had to do was replace a single tile on each occasion, which is a lot less hassle and expensive than replacing the entire floor! If you're still unsure whether to use them, give 'em a call and then give 'em a go. You won't be disappointed.”

“Customer services were professional and friendly, kept me in the loop with dates and arrival times. The Engineer was clean and tidy and informed me of all the details as he went through the task of finding the fault. The job was much less meat than I was prepared for, hardly any dust and he stuck plastic onto the tile so when it was broken up there were no chips flying around. Good clean work. Found the fault, fixed it and gave me advice on how to replace the tile and make good. Hopefully won’t need them again, but if I do I will be giving them a call.”

“I just had an UFH engineer come and repair our electric underfloor heating today and I must say what an amazing job they have done. The engineer, Doug, was so efficient and specialised it was a pleasure to see the job done with such proficiency. We were initially told by other electricians and underfloor heating companies that our whole tiled floor would have to be taken up and the heating system replaced. However, UFH have repaired our floor by removing only one tile. This means lower costs and a lot less stress. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs new underfloor heating or just a repair. 5/5, well done UFH. Thanks again.”

“Our underfloor heating failure was quickly fixed by a lovely chap called Brad who was a pleasure to meet. Vicky kept us informed every step of the way. Only problem we now have is we have to get the repair cost from our installer.”

“Quickly identified and repaired the fault in the mat. Cleary explained why the fault ocurred and explained how to reinstate the missing tile to prevent a recurrence. Left the area clean and tidy. Very professional service.”

“What a nice surprise to have a great experience ‘end to end’. Let’s face it, nobody enjoys the prospect of having nice tiles lifted. Everything was very well explained, including potential problem areas before committing to the repair service. Technician was great and explained the process before starting. Was amazed at how quick the whole repair was. Hopefully will never need the service again, but if we did, would use the same Company and very happy to recommend. Quite expensive but far cheaper than a new floor -Well done!”

“Very professional from beginning to end. Conversations with Vicky very helpful and contacted me at every stage and kept me informed. Doug turned up on time to diagnose and was able to undertake repairs at same time. He explained the process as necessary and I had confidence he knew what he was doing! Although it was a busy time they were able to fit me in without too long a wait. For which I am very grateful. Would definitely use them again and would recommend the company!”

“Fantastic customer service, kept informed regular once I made the booking for the repair. On the day I had a call an hour before the engineer arrived. My underfloor heating has been repaired will only one tile removed when I feared the whole lot would need to be replaced. Highly recommend company. Thank you.”

“Very impressed with this Company. I used them to repair my underfloor heating in the kitchen. I received phone calls, texts, emails every step of the way with information about my appointment. When Brad arrived he did a thorough investigation but it turned out there was nothing wrong, therefore only charged a call out fee. I am sure there are a lot of companies that would have 'found' something wrong. The customer service is first class, and would recommend to anyone.”

“UFH services have been fantastic every step of the way. I put off having the underfloor heating in my kitchen repaired for months because I could not bear the thought of the mess and hassle that would be involved. So, when my appointment came through I prepared for the worst and cleared the worktops in anticipation of dust everywhere and hours cleaning up afterwords. How wrong I was! Brad arrived mid morning and set to work quickly with the specialist kit to identify the source of the problem. Once this was done, he then set about repairing the problem only removing half a tile and leaving the kitchen clean and dust free. I was so impressed and relieved . It was worth every penny to get the repair done . All the staff I spoke with were friendly and efficient and terms and conditions were clearly explained. I would have no hesitation in recommending UFH Services to anyone.”

“Excellent. Vicky made the arrangements as to when someone could come out. The thermal infra red camera pinpointed the break in the electric circuit instantly and precisely. I then arranged for the tile and piece of skirting board to be taken up after which Bradley (UFH) then came back and fixed the problem extremely carefully and thoroughly having left home at 5.00am to reach me on time.”
