If so, then the answer is yes! We've now used them three times on different properties and they've been brilliant every time. Vicky is excellent at explaining the process and handling the admin. And we can highly recommend both Brad and Doug for proficiently working their magic (using some very clever gizmos) to find the issue and then apply a fix, quickly and painlessly. All that we had to do was replace a single tile on each occasion, which is a lot less hassle and expensive than replacing the entire floor!
